Grateful for the information. On a road construction project I am managing we will have to source coarse and fine aggregate from a distance of about 280 km away from the project site and laboratory tests about the same distance, the managing is not coporating for us to develop an on site materials lab, what strategy do I have to adopt to demand this from him.
