Before starting a formwork we should know the accessories that we use in form work, like Jacks, truss, runners of various sizes, ply or ms sheets, tie rods, Googu bolts, c-clamps etc.
One should have a through knowledge of how much load a jack takes, at what distance a truss should be placed ideally, how many C-clamps are required to support beam sides or how many tie-rods required to support a column.
Unless until the site supervisor and Engineer doesn't have through knowledge on all these accessories they can't give desired quality work.
